About PAC Nepal

Public Awareness Campaign Nepal

Established in 2067 BS by local youths and artists of Janakpur, Public Awareness Campaign Nepal (PAC Nepal) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to service-oriented initiatives. Led by passionate youth and women, PAC Nepal focuses on raising awareness among marginalized communities including Dalits, women, youth, indigenous groups, people with disabilities, and other backward ethnicities. Our innovative approaches include community mobilization, mass media campaigns, and capacity development programs to empower these communities to claim their rights and entitlements.

PAC Nepal's Objectives

Improve access to quality healthcare services, focusing on WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), nutrition, and other health issues, particularly in marginalized and remote communities.

Facilitate livelihood, agriculture, food security, income generation, and enterprise development initiatives, targeting vulnerable populations such as women, youth, Dalits and other marginalized.
Promote education and child rights advocacy, with a focus on addressing issues related to early marriage, child labor, and ensuring access to quality education for all children, especially those from marginalized communities.
Promote gender equality and social inclusion by empowering women, children, youth, and marginalized communities through skills development, leadership training, and advocacy for their rights and access to resources.
Implement disaster risk reduction measures, climate change adaptation strategies, and environmental conservation initiatives to enhance community resilience and minimize the impact of natural hazards on vulnerable populations
