PAC Nepal holds Girls Club Camp

In a bid to empower young minds and foster a culture of informed decision-making regarding sexual health, PAC Nepal organized a Girls Club Camp, a pivotal initiative under the Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) project, with the generous support of GNI Nepal.

The camp, a vibrant amalgamation of learning and empowerment, saw the enthusiastic participation of 100 students from Girls Clubs, alongside esteemed guests including the School Management Committee (SMC) President, the Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) focal person, and the Principals of four schools within Bhangaha municipality. These schools stand as the focal points of the CSE project, where the transformative impact is poised to take root.

The essence of the camp lay in its holistic approach towards sexual education, aiming to equip young girls with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed choices about their reproductive health and sexuality. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and engaging activities, participants delved into various facets of sexual education, from understanding reproductive anatomy to navigating healthy relationships.

Furthermore, the camp served as a platform for fostering dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of community involvement in promoting a safe and supportive environment for adolescent girls.
